This facility was the first in NJ to have administrative communications, E-911, and radio fully integrated into one system. IA developed systems for the new Municipal Center and Police Headquarters, integrating data, voice, paging, E9-1-1, dispatch, and security (building and network). The system integrated caller ID and E-911 data in a new CAD/RMS system. IA also designed the radio system for a multi-antenna site configuration to cover two municipalities, Hanover Township and Morris Plains, over 6 UHF frequencies for police communications. This unique implementation, designed by IA's engineers to integrate Motorola’s radio system, E-911, and traditional telephone onto one monitor for streamlined CAD, later became the prototype used by NJ State Police and a flagship offering in Motorola's product line.
