ORANGE COUNTY FEASIBILITY STUDY + +
In Phase I for Orange County Government Services, the IA engineers evaluated building spaces and operational data for all mission critical systems specific to a public safety facility and Fire Training Center. Our deliverables included a feasibility assessment and technology requirements for the building program. As a result of our assessment, Orange County approved the Facility Infrastructure Program in 2005 for a new 94,000 SF countywide Emergency Services Center. IA provided design through construction administration of the technology systems and infrastructure: a 17-position dispatch center (expandable to 34), EOC, and Fire Training Center. The ribbon cutting was held in August 2008 for the new facility, with technology systems including: dispatch consoles, CAD/RMS, radio, video wall, voice/data networks, access control with iris scanners, and CCTV.
